Yesterday did not happen in the food world, my back and stomach were on the fritz. dinner the night before was cream cheese, green onion, stuffed chicken breasts wrapped in bacon and an artichoke.

then today’s breakfast was bean, chorizo and cheese burritos. The espresso was very good it is two Africans.

dinner last night was Chinese chicken salad, I boned and cubed 4 thighs, marinated in a bowl with GF soy sauce a dash of toasted sesame seed oil and lots of baking powder. Toss well refrigerate for 30 minutes. Arrange skin up on a wire rack (oiled well) over a foil lined sheet pan. bake @450°F for 30 - 45 minutes depending on how crispy you want them.

The all American breakfast 1 egg over easy on hashbrowns with a side of links. :haha:

I got a basket for my rotisserie attachment on the grill. I made jerk pork ribs last night. I used Beech Wood chips for smoke. It is very good!

I took all of the little leftover this and that and made breakfast burritos out of it.

We had good ol’ country fried chicken and Coleslaw.

Breakfast was a sausage and egg muffin. They are so damn slippery with the melted cheese, runny yolk and mayo, the egg just hopped right out this morning :rofl::rofl:. Your hands are totally committed once you pick it up. I may resort to wrapping them up?
